So I'm playing RE4 on a PC, and I'm having serious trouble with the mouse. I move it about a millimeter to the right or left, and Leon jerks about a fourth of the way around. I can't aim at anything that's not close enough to kiss me, because the mouse is way, way too sensitive. Aiming with the mouse is terrible in this re-re-release. How is it that after doing such a great job in RE5 and 6 they still screwed this up in RE4? There's a noticeable LAG after the mouse movement and the tracking is HORRIBLE. At least make an effort at adapting the controls to the pc. This feels no better than mousemod for the original PC release. Resident Evil: Twilight is a free Total Conversion for Valves ego-shooter Half-Life², based on the Resident Evil universe, by Capcom. The mod will contain a singleplayer mode and also a multiplayer mode with different game-modes.
This can be used in combination with any texture packs or add-ons.
To make adjustments to ENB, alter the enbseries.ini configuration settings file, found in the main folder.
To make adjustments to Sweetfx, go to SweetFXPresets and alter the RE4.txt file.
The default settings file is located in the main folder, SweetFX_settings.txt. However, it is not used for the settings as the SweetFX_preset.txt file is directing it to the presets folder (alter to match, if you make change to location or name of settings file).
Alter ENB and SweetFX settings as you like.

I hope you find these programs and adjustments helpful at making your Resident Evil 4 game more enjoyable.
