Photos uploaded to Microsoft 365 display in Outlook, Teams, and throughout other Microsoft 365 apps and tools. New photo uploads will not replace your official Texas State ID card photo. Contact ID Services with questions about your ID card photo.
When uploading photos, please be sure to follow Appropriate Use of Information Resources (UPPS 04.01.07), and only upload photos that display your likeness and are professional in nature.
I'm using the account assigned by my company (not a Microsoft account). I updated my profile picture and I see the new picture in Outlook an Skype, but I still see the old picture when I login to Microsoft Azure. Is there a way to see the new picture when I login to portal.azure.com? They can change the user profile picture providing Exchange Server 2016 (Cumulative Update 3), or above, is running on-premises. For more details, see How exchange and Microsoft Teams interact. To change your profile picture, tap your current picture at the top left of your app, and then tap your name to bring up your profile. To update your user photo in Exchange Online, Lync 2013, and Lync Web App, follow these steps: Sign in to Microsoft 365 portal or Outlook on the web. Select your user photo (or its placeholder) on the right side of your name. In the My accounts window, select your user photo or placeholder again. Are you able to change your account picture on the PC to update it instead of waiting for it to sync? Change Account Picture in Windows 10 I know that way it will work but how come Cortana shows the old pic on the left hand side.I click to sign out and in and I choose Microsoft account and it's the old pic. Sign into your account then upload a picture; that picture will persist for your Microsoft account email. Please note though that other services, like this forum, use a different picture yet still use the same login credentials.
NOTE: Throughout Microsoft 365, where ever you see your initials or photo, you can click it, go to your Account, and change your photo. Changing your photo in one place will display it in all Microsoft 365 apps. Below is how to change your photo through the Teams app.
